I've been using this for about a month now and it's become an essential part of my desk. No more cold coffee during long video calls! The base does get a little warm to the touch, which is normal for a heating element, but it's nothing concerning. It's well-made, does exactly what it claims, and keeps my phone charged. Very happy with this purchase.
This is a brilliant idea and it works well. My coffee stays hot for hours as long as the mug is on the base. The charging is fast and reliable. It took me a minute to figure out that the mug has to be positioned correctly on the base for the heating to activate (there's a light indicator). Once you get the hang of it, it's seamless. A great investment for your home office.
I really love this product. The heating feature works amazingly well and the wireless charger is super convenient. My only small complaint is that the mug itself is a bit smaller than my usual coffee mug, so I find myself refilling it more often. If they made a larger version, it would be 5 stars without a doubt. Still, it's a fantastic product and I use it daily
